Although I understand you only had limited time, two great mainstream spanking scenes you did not mention are Kiss Me Kate and The Fearless Vampire Killers, especially as the spankee in this film is Sharon Tate. Probably the most beautiful woman in Hollywood at that time before her horrific murder.
